Regulations Newsletter. Regulations for the provision of commercial information by means of electronic mail
- The administrator of the personal data in the nkode.io newsletter https://nkode.io/ is Academic Business Incubator Foundation with the registered office: Warsaw, Al. Ks. Poniatowskiego 1, K4 staircase, Level 1, 03-901 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000199402, holding tax identification number NIP 524-24-95-143, within the framework of the venture conducted in the form of AlphaMedia startup.
- The subject of the service nkode.io newsletter https://nkode.io/ is the sending of information in the form of an electronic letter (e-mail), hereinafter referred to as Mailing/Newsletter, via e-mail by the service https://nkode.io to the user’s address, on a periodic basis and indefinitely.
- As part of the service of sending commercial information via e-mail, information in the form of an electronic letter (e-mail) (“Newsletter”) is sent by the Publisher to the e-mail address provided by the Subscriber.
- The Subscriber, by completing the order form for the Mailing/Newsletter service via the website and checking the box – accepts the terms and conditions of these Regulations and agrees to the collection and processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by the service provider for the purpose necessary to carry out the provisions of these Regulations and services provided on its basis.
- Only personal data provided voluntarily by the Subscriber shall be collected for the purpose necessary to execute the provisions of these Regulations and services provided on its basis, and for promotional and marketing purposes. The Subscriber has the right to access the content of his/her personal data and the right to correct and delete them.
- The Newsletter subscription service is free of charge and available to each user (“Subscriber”), upon activation of the service.
- The Newsletter contains, among other things, advertisements, a description of the current commercial offer, and information on promotions and events organized by the Administrator.
- Activation of the Newsletter sending service by the Subscriber shall take place by:
- entering in the appropriate “Newsletter” form on the designated website the e-mail address to which the Subscriber wishes to receive the Newsletter and activating the link contained in the e-mail sent automatically to the address provided by the Subscriber, in order to verify the correctness of the information provided during registration.
- Failure to confirm the correct verification of the Subscriber’s e-mail address will result in the deletion of the data entered into the database after 30 days from the date of registration.
- Consent by the Subscriber of the Newsletter sending service is tantamount to consent to the processing of the Subscriber’s personal data by the Administrator.
- Each Newsletter shall contain:
- information about the Administrator,
- a filled-in “subject” field, defining the content of the mailing,
- information on how to unsubscribe from the service.
- Each Newsletter Subscriber may opt-out of receiving the Newsletter by:
- clicking the link present in the footer of each message or
- entering in the email message a statement of resignation from receiving the Newsletter and activating the link contained in the email sent automatically to the address provided by the Subscriber, in order to confirm the Newsletter subscription resignation.
- After performing one of the above actions, the Subscriber shall be removed from the Newsletter subscription list.
- The e-mail address provided by the Subscriber for the purposes of using the Newsletter shall not be transferred to third parties without the Subscriber’s consent.
- Complaints regarding the service should be addressed via email to the Administrator’s email address. The complaint should describe the problem in detail. Replies to complaints will be provided within 14 days of receipt of the complaint, by e-mail to the address from which the complaint was received.
- The Administrator shall have the right to remove the invalid and non-existent e-mail address of the Subscriber from the list of Subscribers without giving any reason.
- The Administrator reserves the right to discontinue the service of sending the Newsletter to all or individual Subscribers without stating a reason, after notifying the Subscribers (Subscriber) of such fact, via e-mail.
